INSULATED FLEXIBLE COPPER BUSBAR

These safe connections are formed by coating stacked copper laminates with a special PVC compound. They maintain their shape without distortion when easily bent and connected.

Due to their multi-layer structure, their current-carrying surface area is increased, giving them a higher current carrying capacity compared to solid copper busbars. Therefore, they are used in smaller cross-sections than solid copper busbars, occupy less space, and reduce cost.

The dimensions presented in the table are standard dimensions. Our production limits cover PVC insulation coating for laminates with thicknesses of 0.5 - 0.8 - 1 mm and between 1 and 10 layers, and widths ranging from 9 mm to 120 mm.

Our production is done in standard lengths of 2 meters, and for special requests (minimum 200 meters), production is carried out in lengths of 5 - 6 meters. Production for dimensions outside the table is done subject to quantity.
