In applications with high-speed loads, it ensures the rapid  discharge of capacitors  . This extends the lifespan of capacitors and contactors.

For systems up to 50 kVAr, one  discharge reactor  is used. For systems between 50 kVAr and 100 kVAr, two  discharge reactors  should be used.

• Discharge Time: t<1.2 sec for a 12.5 kVAr load.

For a 25 kVAr load, t < 2.5 sec.

For a 50 kVAr load, t < 5 sec

• Installation: Suitable for mounting on an internal panel rail.
• Protection class: IP40.

Notes:  It is recommended to use the discharge reactor with compensation contactors. It is recommended to use the discharge resistor with a static contactor.
