ENTES MV (Medium Voltage) Compatible Current Transformers
Medium Voltage compatible current transformers operate in conjunction with reactive power control relays that receive current data from the MV side. Thanks to their advanced insulation levels, they can be mounted directly onto XLPE cables on the primary side of the MV power transformer to measure current from the medium voltage line.
Application Areas: Ideal for facilities where the electricity meter is located at the input (primary side) of the MV power transformer.
Key Feature: High-grade insulation allows for safe installation and accurate measurement on high-voltage XLPE cables.
